Since all of our dividers are custom made, and are able to be made and assembled at any quantity, the price depends on the amount of cardboard used and the size of the divider itself. One of the best things about our dividers is that we charge no tooling fees! Simply contact us the size or print of the part needing to be packed, and we will get a quote sent to you.
We offer our packaging in 4 different types of corrugated cardboard:
E-FLUTE
The thinnest, ranging from 1-1.5mm, and is most commonly used for small packaging. It is also a better quality material for printing. Available with waxy protective coating at an additional cost.
B-FLUTE
The most commonly used corrugation in the world, at 3 mm thick.
C-FLUTE
Another common fluting of corrugated cardboard, at a thickness of 4 mm. It provides a little more protection for fragile items and parts.
DOUBLE WALL
The most sturdy and durable type of corrugated cardboard with a combination of b flute and c flute corrugations together. The thickness is around 6-7mm. It is great for important items that are needing a little more protection.
